Downloading Youtube Videos

yt-dlp is an opensource application on Github. It allows you to safely download outube videos.

Download and install yt-dlp

• Go to yt-dlp’s releases page
• Download and install the version that matches your OS
• Install

Using yt-dlp

• Add Youtube URL’s to the top
• Select where the video is to be stored
• Select the video format
• Click Add

• Videos will be added to the lower section
• Click on the cloud download icon in the lower right to start
• The size, progress, and estimated completion time will now start updating
