    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup water
    • 8 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • Pinch of salt
    • 3 eggs

    Instructions:

    6. When the oil is hot, pipe 4-inch strips of dough directly into the hot oil, using a scissors to cut the dough away from the pastry bag.
    7. Fry the churros in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they're golden brown.
    8. Remove the churros from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
    9. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the churros in the cinnamon sugar while they're still warm.
    10. Serve the churros warm, with a rich chocolate dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
