    Printed Hubs

    These were printed in Overture TPU. 4 Perimeters with 18% infill. The hubs accept 2 bushings (ID 0.5, OD 0.625, 0.625 length, with flange) and rotate around a 0.5 dead shaft.

    A 24 tooth HTD 5mm pulley is integrated on the inside of the hub to allow for power transfer from the drive motor. 6 #4x0.75 button head plastite screws attach the hub flange to the hub. This flange retains the wheel.

    Rev Robotics Wheels

    The intended wheel is Rev Robotics 4in Maxspline wheel 60A durameter. There are quite a few other wheels available with the same MAXSpline hub as well.
