    Drive Assembly Procedures

    • Add Gearbox Plates to Gearboxes with 4x M3x8mm FHCS
      • Utilize Loctite 243
      • 2mm Hex Drive for screws
    • Insert Gearbox into drive frame and attach with 4x #6x5/8” Plastite screws
      • The slot in the frame is for the wires of the motor to pass through
      • T10 Bit with the clutch set to 3 on the M12 Driver
    • Mount the 16 tooth HTD pulley to the gearbox shaft
      • Utilize Loctite 243 on the set screws
      • 2.5mm Hex Drive for set screws
    • Apply Sewing Machine Oil to the dead-shaft and slide the Wheel Hub on
    • Affix the Wheel Hub with a 1/4-20 x 0.5” and a 1/4”x3/4” washer
      • Utilize Loctite 243
      • T27 Bit with the clutch set to 8 on the M12 Driver
    • Turn the HTD 225-5M belt onto the pulleys
    • Add the Rev Robotics wheel and printed hub cap
      • 6x #4x5/8” Button Head Plastite screws
      • T10 bit in the M12 Driver with clutch set to 1
      • If using the compliant wheels a spacer is needed to take up the extra space
    • Check that everything freely turns
